To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. All pets must be at least 1 year old, spayed/neutered, and must be current on all vaccinations. Breed restrictions apply and all pets must be approved by management prior to move-in. We reserve the right to refuse any pet that we deem as inappropriate for apartment/townhome community living. A DNA test (Poo-Prints) for each dog is mandatory for the purpose of animal identification.
